Return & Warranty Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At ANICZON, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and warranty process. Please read the full Return & Warranty Policy below:
- Product Condition: In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused and unopened condition. It should be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If the return is due to a product defect, we may extend the period based on the warranty.

2. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email our customer support team at support@aniczon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: Our team will provide a Return Authorization and guide you on how to return the product.
- Step 3: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Step 4: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for damage or wear. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original product and place a new order. In some cases, we may offer an exchange for defective products or incorrect items sent.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
- Damaged during Transit: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@aniczon.com. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you with either a replacement or full refund and will cover the return shipping costs.
- Warranty Claims: If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a warranty claim. Please provide proof of purchase along with a description or image of the issue.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds may apply in the event that the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
- We do not offer cash refunds but will provide a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
6. Shipping and Handling Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged during transit, or an error on our part.
- International Shipping: If you are returning a product from outside the USA, the return shipping costs are at your expense. We do not offer free returns on international orders.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated time, first check your bank account. If it’s not there, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to process.

8. Shipping Costs and International Orders
- International Orders: Customers outside of the USA may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in their country.
- The cost of shipping for international returns will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
9. Non-Returnable or Custom Orders
Products that are personalized, made to order, or have been opened/used cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
