Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the lead time noted on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for standard shipments. For oversized items, we use freight carriers, with curbside delivery as default.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Transit typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Times may vary due to:

Delivery zone

Seasonal volume

Weather or carrier delays

We aim to ship from the warehouse nearest to your location.

4. Shipping Coverage

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, military bases (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Customers in Hawaii may use freight forwarders such as SHIPTOHAWAII at their own expense.

5. Freight Shipments

For large items, we ship via LTL freight carriers. Includes:

Curbside delivery (no indoor setup)

Scheduled delivery appointments

Signature required

Please ensure someone is present to inspect and accept the delivery.

6. Shipping Fees

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible orders. Extra services like expedited shipping or white-glove delivery may incur additional costs.

7. Tracking & Notifications

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours to activate. You can check delivery status via the carrier’s website.

8. Packaging & Handling

Items are packed securely using reinforced cartons or wooden crates, depending on the size and fragility. Multi-item orders may ship separately.

9. Address Modifications

Shipping addresses can only be changed within 12 hours of order placement. Beyond that, redirection is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier strikes, customs issues, or other events beyond our control.

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

Keep all packaging

Contact us within 48 hours

Submit photos for claim review

Claims beyond 7 days may not qualify.

12. Taxes & Duties

All applicable state/local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not cover any import duties or brokerage fees.
